You to begin today with some awareness. Each day we will be stacking tools to help identify self-sabotage patterns and learning how to counteract them but throughout the week we invite you to be AWARE of what comes up each day. No judgment just observation.
Why? You can’t change what you’re still shaming. Best practices for the week:
Grab a journal or notebook to makes notes throughout the week and start to create your Threshold Map.
Give yourself 10-15 minutes each day to listen to the video, journal and give some thought to the practice.
Be gentle yet committed. This week is for you, and you get what you give. Choose to be all in because you deserve it!
Take note of your questions, wins, and bring them to the 1:1 call when you finish the week.

Notice where/when you say you’ll do something… and don’t.
Notice where you are spending your time. Is it conscious or zoning out?
Notice what you are thinking/feeling? Are you directing your day with vision or riding the emotional waves?

Where have I stopped being conscious of my thoughts, actions, emotions? Of myself? What happened (or what triggered) me to “go unconscious”?
