My Story

For years, I lived the version of success that looked good from the outside.

As a District Sales Manager leading a team across the Southeast, I checked all the boxes: career, family, stability, achievement. At the same time, I was also an entrepreneur and real estate investor, building a business in long-term rentals properties. On paper, it was a success story.

But inside, I was running on empty, exhausted from trying to be all things to all people. I’ll never forget the night I pulled into my driveway after another sales trip. I sat in the car, tears running down my face, and admitted: I can’t keep living like this. There has to be something more.

That moment was the beginning of everything.

The Turning Point

My search eventually led me into a 9-month coaching program with Martha Beck. That experience absolutely transformed everything. It gave me myself back.

I gained tools to rewire old patterns, space to reconnect with my truth, and the courage to follow what I really wanted. For the first time, I felt the alignment of living from the inside out and it changed my life.

The ripple touched my whole family. We sold everything in Georgia in 2017, moved to the Florida Keys, and began living in a way that reflected who we really were. It wasn’t about escape; it was about freedom, alignment, and joy.

Living What I Teach

Over the years, I’ve deepened my study in mindset, energy work, and spiritual practices. I’ve guided women through transformations of their own. And I’ve embodied what I once thought was impossible: freedom, joy, and connection as my daily reality.

I know how vulnerable it feels to want more. I know how scary it is to take the leap. And I know how magical life becomes when you say yes to yourself.

This is why I do this work. Transformation isn’t just something I teach. It’s who I am, and how I live.

These days you’ll find me spending time with my family, playing with my dogs, being on the water, enjoying live music, adventuring, studying and helping you create what it is you want!
