We are devoted to creating spaces where women feel safe, supported, inspired, and free to be fully themselves. A powerful container for your transformation.
Jennifer brings decades of experience in mindset and energy work, helping women dream bigger and create that dream in their life.
Sarah brings a rich background in somatic healing, sound, breathwork, and spiritual development, guiding women to embrace their untapped potential and live with clarity and purpose.
More than anything, we bring lived experience. We know what it’s like to stand at the edge of a new chapter and choose to jump.

*I’m not super spiritual or a “yoga goddess.” Is this retreat really for someone like me?
Yes. This journey is for women who are curious, open-hearted, and ready to explore what’s possible for their lives. All that’s needed is your willingness to show up as you are.
*What’s the daily rhythm like?
There will be a good balance between activity and rest. Each day we weave together guided experiences like excursions and somatic, mindset practices with spacious time for rest, reflection, and integration. You won’t be rushed from one thing to the next. This is designed to feel nourishing, not overwhelming.
*What if I don’t know anyone?
You may arrive knowing no one but will leave with *lifelong friendships*. This is an intimate group intentionally curated to foster connection, trust, and sisterhood. From our pre-retreat calls to the shared journey in Bali, you’ll feel welcomed, seen, and supported.
*Is there any fitness level required?
No special fitness level is needed. There will be some light walking during outings, but everything is accessible and can be adapted to your comfort.
*What if everyone else is “further along” than me?
