Schedule 1:1

💖The Threshold Reflection

The foundation of this work is awareness without judgment.

Day 1 ~ Keeping Your Promises

Consistency grows where safety exists.

Your body doesn’t change when it feels pressured.
It changes when it feels safe.

Day 1 reminded you that your nervous system is not an enemy to conquer. It’s a home to rebuild.
Core shift: “I don’t need to force my way forward. I need to feel safe enough to follow through.”

Practice: Keep one small promise.
Result: Your body starts believing you again.

Day 2 ~ Consciously Choose

Awareness alone doesn’t change anything. Interruption does.

You learned to notice the autopilot and create a new option.
Because between stimulus and response… there is a pause.
And that pause is power.

Day 2 was where you started moving from “I see the pattern” to "I can choose differently."

Core shift: “I can pause. I can choose. I can respond from truth—not pattern.”

Practice: Pause and ask: What do I really want right now? What is true in this moment?
Result: You began interrupting sabotage in real time.

Day 3 ~ Yes / No

Your life expands when your boundaries become authentic.

You started noticing the “shut-down voices” that try to kill your desires before they even form. The old conditioning. The fear dressed as logic. The internalized “you shouldn’t want that.”

Day 3 brought you back to truth:

✅ When you say yes, let it mean yes.
❌ When you say no, let it be complete.

No explaining. No apologizing. No permission slip required.

Core shift: “My desire doesn’t need justification. My no doesn’t need defense.”

Practice: List what you want that you’re saying NO to… and what you’re tolerating that you’re saying YES to.
Result: You reclaimed your power through truth.

Day 4 ~ Dive Deeper Into Your YES

Discernment is self-trust in action.

You learned the difference between:

🔥 aligned challenge (stretching into growth)
vs.
🥀 forced endurance (tolerating misalignment)

Day 4 was about coming home to the body as your compass:
💡 What energizes you?
💡 What drains you?
💡 What lights you up?
💡 What feels like self-abandonment?

Core shift: “If it’s mine, I’ll feel drawn—not just obligated.”

Practice: Tune into your body and ask: Does this expand me or deplete me?
Result: You stopped treating your body like something to override.

Day 5 ~ Celebration

Celebration is acceleration.

Day 5 taught you something most people skip:

Celebration isn’t fluff.
It’s how you retrain your brain to notice progress.

You get what you focus on.
So when you focus on wins, big or small, obvious or subtle, your brain starts scanning for more proof that change is working.

Even the “messy” moments were part of your growth. If it didn’t go the way you wanted… that’s not failure. That’s information.

Core shift: “Everything is data. Everything is growth. Everything counts.”

Practice: Write your celebration list (wins, lessons, awareness, breakthroughs).
Result: Momentum, confidence, and self-trust strengthened fast.

Day 6 ~ Identity Shift

You’re not becoming someone new. You’re returning to who you trust.

This day matters because it reframed the whole game.

You’re not building a brand-new version of yourself from scratch.
You are remembering the version of you who already knows how to follow through.

Not because she forces herself…
But because she is aligned, safe, and self-led.

Core shift: “I already know how to show up. I’m doing it right now.”

Practice: Ask: What would the version of me who trusts herself do here? then take one aligned action.
Result: You started living from identity, not pressure.

✨ Day 7 — Integration

Take everything you learned and make it usable.

Because sustainable change doesn’t come from inspiration.
It comes from knowing what to do when life happens.

My mantra this week is:

This becomes your “go-to” when you feel yourself drifting back into old patterns.

Not to shame yourself.
To return to yourself.
