Day 3 Practice: The YES/NO Alignment List

Go all out here. List everything that you can think of...

✅ List #1: What are you saying YES to what authentically is a NO?

These are the things draining your energy, time, peace, and self-respect.

Things like:

  • overcommitting

  • saying yes out of guilt

  • tolerating misalignment

  • doing things because you “should”

  • staying quiet when you want to speak

  • forcing yourself to push through when your body is begging for rest

This list reveals where you’ve been leaking your life force.

🔥 List #2: What are you saying NO to what authentically is a YES?

These are the desires you keep postponing or keep denying yourself:

  • more rest

  • more freedom

  • more fun

  • more pleasure

  • more support

  • more money

  • more intimacy

  • a new direction

  • the trip

  • the program

  • the boundary

  • the dream

Here’s the truth... wanting it is enough!

You don’t need to justify your desire. You don’t need a “good enough” reason.

Try this on today: “YES, I want that because I want it.”

Day 1 Journal Prompt:

How does it feel when I say yes to my desires? How does it feel to create boundaries around what doesn’t feel good?

Gentle remember that this is a no-judgment zone. Being in curiosity is where your power returns.

Your body always knows when you’re abandoning yourself. Today you start listening again✨

Day 2

Day 2 Practice: Pause + Consciously Choose

As you move through your day, start noticing:

  • when you feel triggered

  • when you feel yourself tightening

  • when you’re about to react the way you always do

  • when you’re about to tell the same old story

And in that moment, you pause, breathe.

Then ask:

What do I really want right now?

How do I want this to move forward?

What am I actually trying to create here?

And if the story starts running… shift to this question:

What is true in this moment?

Not what your past says. Not what fear predicts. Not what your old identity repeats.

Just… what’s true right now?

This is how you change your response and you create your new reality.

Day 2 Journal Prompt:

“What happens right before I sabotage myself (go unconscious)?”

Not judgment. Not analysis. Not spiraling. Just curiosity.

What do you notice right before you:

  • shut down

  • procrastinate

  • people-please

  • overthink

  • snap

  • numb out

  • abandon the thing you said mattered

The goal is not to fix it today. The goal is to see it. Because once you see it, you can interrupt it.

Day 1

Day 1 Practice:

Make one small, guaranteed promise and keep it. Commit to yourself. Just for today, don’t worry about tomorrow or the rest of your life. Just for today I will… It can be and might be better to start small but NEW. Try on a new promise but make it doable. The goal this week is to challenge but also make it doable.

What helps me feel safe enough to follow through? What conditions do I currently need to be able to do what I say I am going to do?
