Day 6 ~ Identity Shift

Yes, we are working on the commitments we made this week, the feeling of YES and NO in your body and having fun getting curious about why we respond the way we do. These might seem like SMALL things we are doing. And to some degree they are. But I want to highlight that every day you show up here is you SHOWING UP.

You already know how to show up.

You are already doing it.

You ARE the woman who shows up!

You’re not becoming someone new. You’re returning to who you trust.

The version of you who follows through is not aspirational, she’s experienced.
She shows up when your nervous system feels safe, when your why is clean, and when your actions are congruent with what you actually want (not what you think you should want).

Follow through isn’t just about discipline.
It’s about identity + safety + self-trust.

You’ve followed through before.
Not because you forced yourself but because something inside you said yes!

Day 6 Practice:

Take a few moments to remember and embody a time when you showed up for yourself without hesitation. See her, feel her. Let her voice come out. Then sometime today, pause before an action and ask:

“What would that version of me who trusts herself do here?”

Then do one small thing from that place.

Notice:

  • How your body feels before you act?

  • How your energy shifts after you act?

  • When the old voice shows up, whose job it used to be to keep you small or safe, tell it to kick rocks!

This isn't about FIXING you. It's simply upgrading the software.

Day 6 Journal Prompt:

  • Who am I when I feel internally aligned and self-led?

  • What does my body feel like when I trust myself?

  • Whose voice am I ready to stop outsourcing my decisions to?
