Day 4 ~ Diving Deeper Into Your Yes

💡Listening Instead of Pushing

Today we’re shifting more deeply into your Yes.

Today is about:

Presence
Discernment
Honoring what’s true in your body

Because the next level of self-trust isn’t just doing the thing, it’s knowing which things are actually yours to do.

There is a powerful distinction here.🔥

The things you truly want will require more of you.
Yes.

But there’s a difference between:

💖 A desire that challenges you and expands you
and
❌ A life you’re forcing yourself to tolerate

We’re not judging either one. We’re just getting clear.

Because when you’re aligned, you still feel stretched sometimes.
But you also feel alive.

And when something isn’t aligned, it doesn’t feel like growth. It feels like draining your own soul.

A simple truth about alignment is that something can be challenging and still be aligned.

Aligned feels like:
🔥 “This is stretching me… but it matters.”
🔥 “I’m nervous… but I want this.”
🔥 “I feel resistance… but I feel called.”

Unaligned feels like:
🥀 “I dread this.”
🥀 “I’m forcing this.”
🥀 “I’m depleted before I even start.”
🥀 “I feel like I’m betraying myself.”

Today is about discerning the difference.

Truth always feels like freedom.

Day 4 Practice: Tune Into Your Energy

Your body is constantly giving you information. Today, as you move through your day, notice.

When you’re doing something, ask:

🌿 How am I experiencing this right now?
🌿 What is my inclination here?
🌿 Am I feeling drawn forward or am I forcing myself through?

Then listen to how it shows up in your body:

  • Do you feel open or tight?

  • energized or depleted?

  • clear or foggy?

  • grounded or agitated?

  • expanded or contracted?

That’s not random. That’s wisdom.

You don’t have to push your way into your next chapter.
You get to listen your way there.

And the more you tune into your truth and listen, the more effortless aligned action becomes.✨

Day 4 Journal Prompt:

🤍 What lights me up right now?
🤍 Where do I feel drawn forward?
🤍 Where am I pushing out of obligation instead of desire?
🤍 Where else can I say yes?
🤍 What gives my body energy?

*Bonus prompt: What am I ready to release?

And if you’re not sure yet… that’s okay. Stay curious. The point is not to “get it right.” The intention is to come back into relationship with yourself.
