Day 3 ~ "YES" and "NO"

Trust is built when you are honest about what you want.

Self-trust isn’t rebuilt in big moments; it’s rebuilt quietly in the small decisions. Saying YES to what you want and NO to what you don’t want. It is easier to commit AND follow through when your heart is ALL IN!

But we have been brought up to second guess ourselves when we say what we want. We listen to the voices that say we are being "too much" not the internal voice that says "go for it!"

By now you’re starting to notice the patterns and the subtle ways sabotage sneaks in.

And one of the most common ways it shows up is through your yes… and your no.

Because your life is shaped by two things:
✅ what you allow
✅ what you refuse

Today we’re keeping it simple… and powerful:

YES and NO are complete sentences.

No explaining. No justifying. No overthinking. No spiraling.

Just truth. Just alignment. Just you.

Day 3 Practice: The YES/NO Alignment List

Go all out here. List everything that you can think of...

✅ List #1: What are you saying YES to that is authentically a NO for you?

These are the things draining your energy, time, peace, and self-respect.

Things like:

  • overcommitting

  • saying yes out of guilt

  • tolerating misalignment

  • doing things because you “should”

  • staying quiet when you want to speak

  • forcing yourself to push through when your body is begging for rest

This list reveals where you’ve been leaking your life force.

🔥 List #2: What are you saying NO to that is authentically a YES?

These are the desires you keep postponing or keep denying yourself:

  • more rest

  • more freedom

  • more fun

  • more pleasure

  • more support

  • more money

  • more intimacy

  • a new direction

  • the trip

  • the program

  • the boundary

  • the dream

Here’s the truth... wanting it is enough!

You don’t need to justify your desire.
You don’t need a “good enough” reason.

Try this today: "YES, I want this because I want it."

Day 3 Journal Prompt:

How does it feel when I say yes to my desires? How does it feel to create boundaries around what doesn’t feel good?

Gentle remember that this is a no-judgment zone. Being in curiosity is where your power returns.

• What have I been tolerating?
• Where do I feel it in my body when I go against my desires?

Your body always knows when you’re abandoning yourself.
