Day 2 ~ Awareness Isn't Enough... Interruption Is the Shift

Quick question, did you keep our commitment? If yes, fantastic! Congratulations. If no, why? Take a moment and get curious around this. Remember it's awareness not judgement.

We want you to begin noticing the patterns you've been living inside of. Noticing how you spend your time and energy. AND if you can keep your word.

But here’s the truth, awareness alone doesn’t change anything. It’s what you do with the awareness that creates transformation.

This is where the journey becomes real.

Today, we’re practicing what it looks like to interrupt the autopilotand to stop letting the old pattern decide the outcome.

There is a sacred moment, tiny, almost invisible moment between something happening… and your reaction to it.

That moment is the pause. And the pause is where your power lives.

Not later. Now. Right there. In the moment.

This is how sabotage begins to dissolve, not through force…
through choice.

Watch today's video and then come back to do the practices and journal prompt.

Day 2 Practice: Pause + Consciously Choose

You may want to bring your journal with you and write down some awarenesses. As you move through your day, we want you to start noticing:

  • when you feel triggered

  • when you feel yourself tightening

  • when you’re about to react the way you always do

  • when you’re about to tell the same old story

And in that moment, you pause, breathe.

Then ask:

What do I really want right now?
How do I want this to move forward?
What am I actually trying to create here?

And if the old story starts running… shift to this question:

What is true in this moment?
Not what your past says.
Not what fear predicts.
Not what your old identity repeats.

Just… what’s true right now?

This is how you change your response and you create your new reality.

Day 2 Journal Prompt:

“What happens right before I sabotage myself (go unconscious)?”

Not judgment. Not analysis. Not spiraling. Just curiosity.

What do you notice right before you:

  • shut down

  • procrastinate

  • people-please

  • overthink

  • snap

  • numb out

  • abandon the thing you said mattered

The goal is not to fix it today. The goal is to see it. Because once you see it, you can interrupt it.

Threshold Map Entry:

Cheering you on!
